The customer can see a search bar at the top of the homepage. They can search service categories, subcategories, or direct services from here.
Enter the service name and get the results for the same.

To explore more, customers can move from service categories to subcategories.
For instance, AC & appliance repair is the main service category. It includes AC service and repair, chimney repair, water purifier repair, microwave repair, and geyser repair as service subcategories:

Suppose the customer chooses AC service and repair; they redirect to the service page. They will view services like deep clean AC Service (window), deep clean AC Service (Split), and AC repair as main services under this category. The customer can add two- three services and even more and create a service package
Add to cart.
Once the customer moves to the service page, they can add the service to their cart. They can choose multiple services also.
Service details
After adding a service to the cart, the next step is to add service details. For instance, if the customer chooses a complete home cleaning service, they have to select the number of bedrooms. The price will be calculated according to that.
Schedule date and time
Once the customer selects the service details, the customer will click on next and schedule the service date and time.
Along with this, the customer will add the instructions for the serviceman, if any.
Add address.
The customer needs to add their address, also. They can choose multiple addresses and choose one while booking any service.
The customer can book service for their family and friends also. They have to add their address while booking service for them.
Use the discount coupon.
The customer can add the discount coupon and avail of the service at a discounted price. The platform offers different discounts to entice customers.
Add a tip
The customer can add a tip for the serviceman if willing. Either they can type directly or use a side option to increase or decrease the tip amount.
Customer> Reschedule order
When they are not available to receive service at the scheduled time, they can reschedule it for the available time. There is an option of rescheduling in “My Order.” You can select the date and time again.
Book Service and pay the amount
Once everything is done, the customer can book the service after paying the payment online.
If the customer has some amount in their wallet, it will be deducted during service booking. For instance, the customer’s wallet has $130, and the total price of the service booking is $230. $130 will be deducted from the $230, and the customer will pay only $100.
Customer> Repeat order
The customer has received the service, and they are delighted. If they want to book the same service again, they can repeat the order instead of doing the whole booking process again. It will save the customer time.
Customer> Cancel Order
Customers can cancel their service if they get stuck somewhere and are unavailable to receive the service. Service refund entirely depends on the cancellation and refund policies.
