Search

There is a search option on the homepage where customers can search restaurants, food categories, and dishes. For instance, a customer searches for a particular restaurant. They will view all dishes that searched restaurant offers.

Main product page

Customers can enter the main product page from the homepage through restaurants, food categories, or direct searches.

They can choose the dishes they want to have during dine-in

Filters

Customers searching for a particular dish will move to the product page. On the product page, a customer can view many menu items from a restaurant. The filter option can help customers find the dish they are looking for.

They can filter dishes based on different categories, such as vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Chinese, etc.

Add food items

Before adding any product to the cart, the customer can check the different menu items, quantity, etc. Once the customer decides what they would like to have, they can add items to the cart. They can check their add-to-cart list before booking a table and checking out.

 Book a table.

After deciding what they want to have, the customer can select a table that meets their needs for dine-in and move further to place the order.

For instance, the Customer wants to go for a family dinner and the family member count number is 5. They can choose a table with a capacity of 5 to 6.

Open gift card

Customers can buy gift cards of a particular amount for their friends and family on any occasion. A code will be generated, and the customer can share it with the concerned person. They can order from this platform and use the gift card while placing an order. The amount worth the gift card is deducted from the total order amount.

If the customer has any gift card code, they can use it while placing an order with the platform.

Add instruction

The customer can add any specific instructions for the restaurants. It can be related to food preparation or table booking.

 Add a Tip

The customer can add a tip of a specific amount for the restaurant. They can manually add any amount as a tip or use the side option shown on the box to enter the tip. They can use it to increase and decrease the tip amount also.

Schedule booking & Place Order

Customer can schedule their booking to their favorable date. The restaurant will get a notification for the same and will keep your table ready.

After choosing food items, booking a table, and scheduling time, the customer can place their order.
