Search
A search option is available on the homepage where customers can search specific vendors, product categories, sub-categories, and products. For instance, a customer searches for a particular vendor and will view all products that searched vendor offers.

Choose a category/vendor> Filters
When customers search for a particular vendor’s products or product categories, they will move to the product page. On the product page, a customer can view many products. The filter option can help customer to find the right product for them.
They can filter out products based on brands, prices, sizes, reviews, new arrival, etc.
Product detail> Offers
The customer can view the current offers on products, which helps them make buying decisions.
The platform comes with amazing discount offers, e.g. use promo code FLAT50 to get a 20% discount on shopping Rs.10,000. Customers can also apply the promo code and get a discount on their shopping.
Product detail> Add to cart.
The customer can view the products they have added to the cart. In the cart, they can also choose the delivery address and apply a valid promo code provided by the vendor. They will be able to view the total cart amount, subtotal, discounted amount (if applicable), and delivery charges (if applicable). Also, they can add a tip for the agent who will deliver their orders.
Additional New Features
Recurrent orders
Customers can select whether they want daily, weekly, or monthly deliveries. Along with this, they can choose the particular time frame and their availability to receive the order.
Return
The customer can return any order to the vendor but must choose the right reason.
Suppose the reason seems valid per the return policy, and the vendor is convinced after a quality and quantity check. In that case, the return is accepted, and a refund is initiated.
Replacement
Customers can exchange any items from the order by choosing a different variant. But before submitting an exchange request, the customer must select an adequate reason for the exchange.
Influencer refer
Customers can buy products through influencer referral links or discount codes. Customers will get products at a discounted price, and influencers will get the commission.
