Advanced Search & Filter:
Users can use this feature to find and filter the different consultation services. They can search based on category, sub-category, price, specialists, timing, & more.


Suppose the user desire to book an appointment with an eye care specialist. They can search for it using the advanced search feature.


Select Consultation Service:
Users can choose the required service from the multiple consultation service categories & sub-categories (with the charges) listed on the platform.

The platform has multiple consultation services like doctors, tutors, yoga experts, etc. Users can select any service that they want.

 Choose Consultation Mode

Users can choose the type of consultation they are looking for. They can pick up in-app chat, telephonic consultation, or video consultation. 


Also, the price will vary for every mode. They can check for the price & duration of each mode available on the platform.



Suppose the user wants a video consultation; the price of a video consultation will be high than in-app chat and telephonic consultation.


 Chat Consultation
Users can chat with the experts of their choice. They can share their problems & concerns with the domain expert and get answers in real-time.

Audio Consultation  

If the chat option doesn't feel good to the user, they can choose audio consultation. It is an easy-to-use voice-calling option that helps users to connect with experts and share and resolve their concerns.

Video Consultation

Suppose the chat and audio option doesn’t feel feasible to the users. In that case, they can connect directly with the experts through two-way video communication and take advantage of the expert advice. 

Select a Consultant

After selecting the consultation service categories and sub-categories, users can choose a consultant from the many specialists registered on the platform, offering different types of consultations. 

Suppose the user chooses an "eye care" service category. Further, they choose an eye specialist offering the particular service they need.

 Book Slot 

Once the user selects the consultant, the next step is to book a slot for an appointment. Users can check for the experts’ availability and book an appointment on the day & time required.

Consultant Description 

 If the user wants to know about the consultant. They can view the complete profile of the experts listed on the platform.

 It includes details like consultation fees, timings, qualifications, certifications, reviews, services, etc. The user can make their decision based on this info also.

Multiple Payment Gateways

Multiple payment gateways are integrated into the platform. It allows users to pay for the experts through multiple gateways like Paypal and Wallet integrations. They can also add/ save credit card/debit card details on the platform. 

 Make A Visit 

Users who are uncomfortable with the online consultation or need more assistance have another option to explore. They have the flexibility to book an appointment in person & visit the specialists if required.

Suppose a person books an appointment for knee pain. After a video consultation, they can book an in-person consultation if they need more assistance. 

Reschedule Appointments

 If the user is unavailable at the scheduled time or is stuck somewhere, they can easily reschedule their appointment with the same expert from the user app.

Go to My Orders and choose the particular appointment in case of multiple appointments. Click on reschedule and choose the time and date again for the consultation.

Ratings & Reviews

 Once the consultation is over, users can share their feedback and experiences about the consultation services. Users can check the rating and reviews before booking an appointment.

 It will help other users to choose the right expert for them and get better service. 

 Appointment History

 Appointment history is a section where users can check all their upcoming, completed & canceled appointments in one place. 

Upcoming appointments are those which are scheduled for the coming days.

Completed appointments are those which are completed and users connected with the expert and resolved their concerns.

Canceled appointments are those which the user cancels due to some reasons.

.Edit Booking:

 Users get the flexibility to make changes in consultation booking. They can request to edit the consultation booking before the consultation begins from the app.  

Offers & Deals:

There are various discounts and promotional offers being offered by business admins. Users on the platform can redeem those discounts and deals and book appointments at a discounted price.

Cancel Booking:

 Users can cancel their consultation requests that have been placed by mistake or for any other reason. Go to My Orders and choose the particular appointment in case of multiple appointments and cancel it
