Edit profile: Customers can edit and update their name, profile picture, phone number, and time zone.
Address Book: Customers can add multiple addresses here and set any as their prime address.
Chat: Customers can view the chat that has been done with the service provider.
My Orders: Customers would be able to view the list of orders they have placed which are segregated into three categories i.e. active orders, past orders, and scheduled orders.
In the active orders section, they would be able to view the recently placed order and track their statuses. They also have the option to view order details and pricing breakup.
Orders once delivered would be displayed in the past orders section. Customer can also view the details of the orders they have placed in the past.
There is also an option for the customer to schedule their orders. The customer can set a scheduled date and time for the order which they want to be delivered at a particular date and time.
Wishlist: Customers can view the wishlist products from here.
Loyalty Points: Customers can view the total earned loyalty points and spent loyalty points.
My Wallet: Customers can view the available balance in the wallet and transaction history. They can transfer money to and from the wallet whenever needed. The customer can use the wallet for refunds for returned or canceled orders. The wallet is created with a third-party payment gateway for monetary transactions.
Change Password: Customers can change their account password whenever they desire. They have to fill in the old password and a new one they want to keep and confirm the same.
My Subscriptions: Customers can subscribe to any plan for the long term benefits. For example, if a customer subscribe to Gold plan, they will get free delivery on every order.
Refer and earn: Customers can refer the app/ website to their friends and family and earn a referral amount.
Logout: If a customer wants to logo out, they will get an option to log out. They have to visit my account and then log out.
