Localization

Date, Time & Currency
Admin can view and update the date, time & currency format. The date format has three options: DD-MM-YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, and MM-DD-YYYY. Time format has two options to show time in 12-hour or 24-hour format. We can select how many digits should appear after the decimal in currency formatting.

 

Delivery Time Estimator
In the first field, the admin can select the distance units as Kilometers or miles.

The time multiplier can be set per distance unit in the second field. E.g., if 2 minutes is entered in the time multiplier field, it would take 2 minutes for a driver to cover the unit distance, which then gets added to the processing time and is then shown to the customer.

 

Language & Currencies
Admin can define and update the language and currencies from here. The selected primary language and currency will be used on the platform. Also, multiple languages and currencies can be added if the business runs in multiple countries.

Vendor Type
The admin can enable and disable different services vendors provide, such as delivery, dine-in, takeaway, etc. The customer can avail of these services on the website and application.

The admin can turn on the Pickup & Delivery with Dispatcher option also per their business model.

Custom Domain
Here we use the domain which we have pointed to the server so that the client’s website doesn’t open with our test environment URL.

Android/iOS app Link
Links of respective applications can be provided here to navigate customers to the Playstore/Appstore pages of the platform.

Social Media
URLs can be provided here to redirect customers to the social media pages of the platform.

Nomenclature

Naming is totally dynamic throughout the panel for  Vendors’ fields, loyalty cards, takeaway, search, wishlist, dine-In, delivery, postcode, royo dispatcher, and referral code. Also, It can be updated accordingly in various additional languages.

User Authentication
Customer Authentication can be done via Email, Phone & Passbase. Enabling this feature is just a toggle away.

Miscellaneous

Order Email Notification
Admin can enter his Email ID to receive Email notifications for each order placed on the platform. These notifications are also being sent to the respective customers.

Refer and Earn
The admin can add the amount that is referring person and referred person can earn. It helps to increase the user base of the platform.

 

Slotting & Orders Scheduling 

Disable Scheduling Orders: Admin disable the scheduling feature across the platform to limit only to Instant Orders.

Delay Order: A feature to add separate delay time per product for Delivery/ Dine In/ Takeaway to restrict orders to scheduling only with added Delay.

Scheduling Pickup & Drop-off with slots (for laundry): For scheduling with slots for pickup & drop-off, one can toggle on the button to create custom slots.

Same-day Pickup & Delivery for scheduling (for laundry): Enabling this toggle button lets the customer schedule orders for the same day.

Same-day Pickup & Delivery for rescheduling (for laundry): Enabling this switch button lets the customer reschedule orders for the same day.

Xero Configuration
Admin can enable/disable Xero Keys from here.

Policy
Admin can update policies like cancelation, advance booking for takeaway, etc.

Cancellation Policy: The admin has the authority to update the free Cancellation Upto and late Cancellation Fee(%).

Advance booking for takeaway: Admin can enable the advance book for a takeaway option. This will allow customers to book their order in advance for takeaway.

Role: Enabling /disabling price based on roles for buyer and seller.
