Dispatcher Manager > Routes (Access required)

The dispatcher manager will be able to view all the assignments in the routes section, be it pending, active, or failed. The assignment history can also be viewed in the routes section only.

For pending assignments, the dispatcher manager will be able to assign them to a specific agent or can change the date for the assignment. For each assignment, they will be able to view information like Customer, phone number, driver, due date, routes, etc.
