Auto Allocation of Tasks Management

Dispatcher Manager > Auto allocation (Access Required)

The dispatcher manager will have the ability to activate or deactivate the auto task allocation feature by choosing the auto allocation type (acknowledge, accept/Reject, None, etc.) 

They will also be able to manage the number of retries, start allocation time, the request expires in duration, maximum tasks per person, maximum radius, maximum cast at hand per person and the method to be used for task allocation.
