Dispatcher > Routes

The route management feature lets the admin view a task assignments list and their status. The assignment statuses are pending assignments, active, history, and failed. 

The admin can view the list of task assignments, including the order number, customer id, customer,  phone number, agent, due time, route, etc. Suppose the admin wants to search a particular route. In that case, they can search it by different attributes like the order number, customer, id, etc.

Besides this, the dispatcher admin can add a route manually to the system.

Dispatcher > Routes > Pending Assignments

Pending assignments are the ones that are accepted and are in the processing stage but have yet to be allocated to an agent for delivery. The dispatcher admin will need to assign the order to an agent, and the task shifts to the active stage once assigned.

Dispatcher > Routes > Active Assignments

Active assignments have already been allocated to an agent for delivery. The task, once completed, will automatically move to the history section, and the tasks that failed without completion, will move to the failed status.
