Total Dispatcher admin can view analytics for platform earnings, the agent’s earnings, total orders, agents registered with the platform, etc.

They can also view particular agent analytics by selecting their names. Besides this, they can check the earnings and order graphs with the option to filter using daily, weekly, and monthly.

The admin can view the agents and customers list on the analytics screen. Agents’ detail includes profile, cash in hand, phone number, and type. On the other hand, the customer list includes name, total spent, phone number, and total orders.
