The geo-fence section enables the dispatcher admin to check the defined service areas’ list. They can view these service areas on a map or satellite mode also. 

 The dispatcher administrator can alter, delete and add the serviceable zones according to their business needs. They can add a new service area just by plotting the parameter of the area on the displayed map view. Also, they can designate a particular agent or multiple agents for the area.
