The admin enables checking the customer list using the dispatcher platform for deliveries. They can access information about customers’ names, emails, phone numbers, and statuses. Multiple addresses can be added to a specific customer’s profile.
On the top of the screen, the admin can get an overall idea about the active, inactive, and total number of customers. In addition, the admin can add customers directly, search customers using a filter and export a list of customers using the export CSV option.
