Agent management feature allows the dispatcher admin to view the existing agents list. They can add new agents to this dispatcher system and for that profile picture, name, contact number, employee type, team, transport type, tag, transport details, UID, License plate, color, etc. are required. Additionally, dispatchers can also pay/receive money to/from the agent outside the system. They can manage the log of all transactions within the system by manually adding them to the system. To add a transaction manually, they would need information like Pay/Receive, choose agent, amount, the amount received from order earnings, cash collected, final balance, etc.
