The agents will be able to view all the tasks in this section. They can see all the tasks that have been assigned to them to date.

Agent > Home > Today’s Tasks

Agents will be able to view the tasks that have been assigned to them for the day. For each assigned task, they would be able to view the task details like customer name, contact information, delivery address, items to be delivered, payment status, etc. On the delivery of the products, the agent would need to update the task status to finish.
