The agent will be able to log in to the app providing their registered mobile number and will be able to view the tasks that have been assigned to them. The agent will be able to view notifications related to newly assigned tasks.

On the home screen, they will be able to update their status like on-duty or off-duty. They can simply activate or deactivate it using the toggle button available at the top of the screen.
