Geo-Fencing

Dispatcher Manager > Geo-Fence (Access Required)

In the Geo-Fencing section, the dispatcher manager would be able to view the list of service areas defined and will be able to view the area in either map view or satellite view. 

The dispatcher manager would be able to edit the serviceable areas and add new service areas as per their business requirements. They can add a new service area just by plotting the parameter of the area on the displayed map view. They also have the ability to assign a specific agent or multiple agents to the area.
