CMS means a content management system that allows the admin to manage the content on the platform. In ROYO orders CMS, the admin will be able to manage the following content:
Admin > CMS > Pages
The admin can manage the content of informative pages like Vendor registration, FAQ, terms and conditions, and Privacy policy.
Besides this, the admin can add and delete the informative pages as required.
Admin > CMS > Emails
The platform’s admin can manage email templates. These templates include the vendor sign-up email template, verify email template, forgot password email template, order email template, and refund order email template.
Admin > CMS > Notifications
Admin of the platform can manage the notification content for various push notifications. These notification templates include new order notifications, order status update notifications, and refund status update notifications.
Admin > CMS > SMS
The admin can manage the SMS content for short messages sent to customers’ mobile numbers. These SMS templates include orders placed successfully, OTP SMS for user and vendor login, user sign-up, etc.
Admin > CMS > Reasons
The admin can add reasons for return, exchange, and cancellation. They can edit and delete reasons if required.
